What happens if we come to an agreement before attending VCAT?
You can contact the other party (or they can contact you) at any time to try to come to an agreement before the hearing.
What if a witness won’t come to VCAT?
You may be able to force a witness to come to VCAT or give us a document if that person refuses. This is called a ‘summons’.
What if I don't have a computer to submit the ABA online?
Public computers or tablets are available at local libraries and community centres.
What if I can't pay the ABA annual administration fee?
We can waive or reduce the annual administration fee if the fee would cause financial hardship to the represented person.
