Upcoming hearings
We hold hearings by phone, video conference, or in person. Hearings are held from 9:00 am, Monday to Friday.
Pay your hearing fee online
To help hearings go ahead on time, you must pay your hearing and appropriate dispute resolution fees at least 5 business days before your first hearing day at VCAT.
If we schedule your hearing with less than 5 business days' notice, you pay your fees the day after we schedule it.
Please note, for planning and environment cases, use the link we email you before your hearing.
Service disruption
Some hearings are currently unavailable to search or to view on the screens at our venues.
As an alternative, you can access your hearing information:
- in your myVCAT portal
- on your notice of hearing
- by contacting us.
