Supportive guardians and administrators

A supportive administrator or supportive guardian helps an adult act on their own decisions, when the person has a neurological or intellectual impairment, a mental disorder, a brain injury, a physical disability, or dementia.

First Home Owner Grant and Home Buyer Schemes Act 2000 (referral)

First home owner grants are available to assist Victorians with purchasing their first home. First home owner grants are administered by the Commissioner of State Revenue, through the State Revenue Office, under the First Home Owner Grant Act 2000.

Taxation Administration Act 1997 (referral)

A taxpayer who is unhappy with the Commissioner’s determination of their objection about an assessment or other decision may request that the Commissioner refer the matter to VCAT.
