Strategic Directions 2023-25 released

We are pleased to launch our new Strategic Directions for 2023-25.

Our Strategic Directions 2023-25 present a re-imagining of VCAT and set a clear but flexible path for the next three years.

We have three key priorities to guide us forward. They are: 

  1. Excellence in case resolution – actively and skillfully manage cases to promote fair and efficient resolution at every stage.
  2. Inclusive and accessible justice – serve the Victorian community by making civil and administrative justice accessible to all.
  3. Purposeful people - build and support a more high-performing, collegial and purposeful workforce committed to delivering justice.

It also captures our exciting major service transformation and long-term accommodation projects that will be delivered over the next two to three years.
