Telephone attendance request form

In some circumstances, we allow a party or a witness to attend hearings by phone.

A VCAT member will consider whether to grant permission.

To give yourself the best chance of having your request granted, use this form to apply to attend by phone at least 2 days before your scheduled hearing date.
