Disputes we can't help with

We can't help when there is a dispute between neighbours, co-renters (renters in the same property), or rental providers. You can get advice from Dispute Settle Centre of Victoria (DSCV). They provide free dispute resolution services across Victoria.

We can't help with bond refunds where there is no dispute. Bond refunds can be made directly to Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA).
