Accessibility

Our venue has been designed with accessibility in mind. Our mediation and hearing rooms are fully accessible.

Lifts are the only way to access the levels where hearings take place.

Braille has been installed around the venue. Please let a staff member at the service counter know if you need further assistance.

Guide Dogs and other registered assistance dogs are welcome. Please ensure they are wearing their jacket, so we know they are an assistance dog.

We can arrange hearing support for your mediation or hearing.

We have hearing loop technology available at the service counter and in all hearing rooms.

There are female, male, and accessible toilets on level 2 and level 3.

Our venue has guest Wi-Fi, but you must register to use it. Guest access lasts for 24 hours.

There are charging outlets in the waiting area for portable devices like laptops and powered wheelchairs.
