Current objector applications for review

Each day at about 4:30 pm we publish applications for review that we have received under section 82 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987. This information allows councils and responsible authorities to check whether we received objections to permit applications within the required 28 days. We do not send this information to councils.

The list includes all new applications for review received in the previous 48 hours. This information remains online for 30 days.​

If you are a Responsible Authority and an objector application for review has been made to VCAT, please provide us and all parties with a copy of the Responsible Authority's officer report assessing the permit application, including any attachments, within 2 business days of receipt of the application.
