Using your business account - How to manage users in myVCAT and myRDRV
The myVCAT / myRDRV business account will enable you to directly manage the users for your account.
First, navigate to your profile at the top right-hand side and select 'Manage users'. From this view, you can see the users, the branch which they're linked to, the role within that branch, and their status. That is whether they are active or inactive.
If a user leaves your organisation, as the business or branch administrator, it is your responsibility to remove access for that staff member. This means that you must deactivate their access.
To do this, select 'Manage' next to their name, and select 'Deactivate user'. If the user has cases linked to their profile, you will be prompted to reassign these cases before removing their access to your account.
To invite a new user to your account, select 'Add user'. Complete the required fields, select the branch and their role, and select 'Add user'. The user will then receive an email requesting them to activate their portal access.
If a user is inactive because they have left your organisation and they return, you can provide access by selecting 'Manage', and then 'Reactivate user'.

From here, you will need to select the document you wish to upload. You will need to indicate that you acknowledge the terms and conditions, and then select 'Submit documents'.
If the other party does not have a myVCAT or myRDRV account, you will need to serve these documents to them, and this will need to be done using the agreed method of service.
If the other party has a myVCAT or myRDRV account, they will be notified that evidence has been submitted for this case.

To make an application in your business account based on a notice that's been created in myVCAT, you need to go to the top of your dashboard and select 'View all notices'.
From this page, you can search accordingly. I'm going to search for a notice according to section type 91ZZB. You will then need to select 'Make an application'.
You won't be able to proceed with this application if you are trying to make it outside of the legislative timeframes.
If you've already made an application based on this selected notice, a warning will pop up and indicate that the application has already been created.
If you are within timeframe and there is no application, you'll be allowed to continue with the application.
