More planning cases to be heard at VCAT community venues

 We have expanded the types of planning cases heard at some of our community venues.  

VCAT venues in Bundoora, Frankston and Oakleigh will now hold more compulsory conferences and hearings.

This gives people more opportunities to have their case heard closer to home.  

This change took effect from 21 October 2026.  

If you are expecting orders, please read them carefully so you know where your hearing or compulsory conference will be held.  

We are continuing to invest in our people and venues to help resolve disputes more efficiently for Victorians.
