How to download an ASIC Current Company Extract

You can download an ASIC Company Extract from the ASIC website. It will cost you $10. Don’t get the free summary.

  1. Go to the ASIC Connect website at connectonline.asic.gov.au.
  2. Go to the section ‘Search ASIC Registers’.
  3. In the dropdown, select ‘Organisation and Business Names’.
  4. On the next field, enter the company name.
  5. Select ‘Go’.
  6. In the search results, select the company you are looking for.
  7. Scroll down to the section ‘Company extract’ and select ‘Current
    company information’.
  8. Scroll down and select ‘Add to cart’.
  9. Select ‘OK’.
  10. Select ‘Checkout’.
  11. Select ‘Pay now’.
  12. During the payment process, enter your email address.
  13. You will receive a link to download the Current Company Extract in your email.
