Review refusal or failure to extend permit – Application form

You can apply to VCAT to review a responsible authority’s decision not to extend the time of a permit. 

Use the Apply online link to apply under section 81(1) of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 to have VCAT review a decision to refuse to extend the time of a permit or fail to make a decision.
