You can now use our secure online portal myVCAT to apply and manage applications about goods and services and aged care restrictive practices. It will eventually replace our Guardianship Hub and Residential Tenancies Hub.

Aged care restrictive practices
Apply and manage applications about being appointed as a restrictive practices substitute decision-maker, consent to use a restrictive practice, reviewing a nomination, revocation, or appointment.
From 9 February 2026, you can use myVCAT to create 90 day notices to vacate and submit an application for possession based on that notice. For all other notices, please continue to use the Residential Tenancies Hub.
