Reminders for efficient processing of emails

To ensure your application proceeds as quickly as possible, here are a few reminders when emailing the Planning and Environment Division:

  • Always create a new email; do not reply or forward a previously used email and simply change the subject line.
  • Include the ā€˜P’ number (the VCAT reference number relating to your case) in the subject line of all emails.
  • Copy all parties into correspondence relating you your case.
