Strategic Directions 2024-27 released

VCAT is engaged in generational strategic change and Towards Excellence sets our roadmap for the next three years as we work towards excellence for the Victorians who come to us for help. 
 
Foremost, the strategic direction is a renewal of VCAT’s purpose and its foundational characteristics; we provide equal access to high-quality justice and help people reach a fair outcome as quickly as possible.
